A long time Minneapolis Campus maintenance employee, Martin Hernandez, underwent a kidney transplant in May. He was on the donor list and doing dialysis for 7 years and finally received a donor kidney. Martin is home recovering and is doing well. The doctor said he received the best kidney available and is progressing nicely. While Martin is doing well, he has a long recovery and a lot of medical expenses related to the transplant and the medications he will continue to take going forward.
