Welcome to the fall term! Our safety officers look forward to greeting you on campus. Because of ongoing crime, including carjackings, we urge you to be extra vigilant and pay attention to your surroundings at all times. Please be observant and, when possible, do not walk alone.
Other safety tips include making sure your cellphone is handy and charged, park your car in well lit areas, do not leave your vehicle running while unattended, and do not leave your keys or other valuables inside your parked vehicle.
We recently installed cameras in key locations around campus and our safety officers consistently patrol the entire campus.
