As a reminder, throughout 2022, Saint Mary’s completed an extensive planning process envisioning the future of the Minneapolis Campus. An ad hoc planning committee and the DLR Group identified parameters for space utilization, requirements for labs and classrooms, and detailed square footage needs by area for the Minneapolis Campus. Additionally, students, faculty, and staff provided input in engagement sessions facilitated by the DLR Group. From this information, the DLR Group created the building program, schematic design, and images of the internal and external design concepts. We received the finalized Schematic Design Package at the end of the year (2022) and are excited to share this information with the University community.
