Hello University Community,
As some of you may recall, I completed an audit of our microsites and distributed websites earlier this spring. Since then, I have secured resources to support the ongoing management of these sites. These includes URLs that begin with community.smumn and inside.smumn.
Maintaining a microsite involves more than keeping content current. It also requires ongoing technical maintenance, software updates, security monitoring, accessibility compliance, and user account management. One of the recurring challenges has been maintaining site access and permissions as employees change roles or leave the University.
To better support these sites and ensure they remain secure, accessible, and up to date, Marketing will now serve as the central point of contact for microsite management.
Effective immediately, please submit all requests, updates, and technical issues through the Wrike Request Form. This will help us prioritize work, track requests, and ensure timely resolution.
