Connie Mettille, a certified MHFA instructor, is offering a 2-day Mental Health First Aid workshop on campus in February. The workshop carries 0 credits, but it will count towards your Wellness requirement for Integratus (General Education).
Mental Health First Aid is an evidence-based training program that teaches people how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges. A total of 25 spots are available.
Training will be held: Friday, February 4 from 2:00pm – 6:00pm and Saturday, February 5 from 8:30am -12:30pm. You must attend/ commit for both days of training.
Books will be provided free of charge to participants. You will be contacted with details by email once you register using the link below.
