May is Mental Health Awareness Month. During May, organizations such as NAMI will work to address the challenges faced by millions of Americans living with mental health conditions. This work includes promoting educational resources, extending support, and advocating for policies that prioritize the well-being of individuals and families affected by mental illness.

As a Saint Mary’s student, there are wellness resources available to you this summer. Through Uwill, students are able to utilize their teletherapy sessions while at home. When registering for an account, please use your Saint Mary’s email. If you reside outside of Minnesota, make sure to change your location in your profile so that providers may stay compliant with licensure requirements.

READY is also available to undergraduate, graduate, faculty and staff over the summer. READY is a web based platform that provides clinically designed pathways aimed to focus on mental and physical health ranging from managing heart health to decreasing worry.

If you have any questions regarding these services, please feel free to reach out to wellnesscenter@smumn.edu
