Many thanks for Lasallian Day of Service

Many thanks to all of the students who helped out on Saturday for the annual Lasallian Day of Service. Many elderly in the area responded to the offer of outdoor help. We are grateful for the generous service of all who signed up. When it looked like we were not able to help everyone who needed it, the Cardinal baseball team came to the rescue as the clean up hitters and hit a grand slam! Workers were sent to everyone in need of help. Besides students, special thanks goes to Brian Sisson, athletic director; Nick Winecke, head baseball coach; Quirin Stoeckl, chemistry professor; and Rev. Kevin Stolt, chaplain, for all their hard work.
