The mailroom is open on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Any changes to these hours will be communicated via the Today e-newsletter and signage will be placed outside of the mailroom window.
A courier service picks up mail on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. All 1st Class mail will be mailed via USPS the same day of pick up (Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays). Any presorted mail or packages will be mailed by USPS the next business day.
Mail must be received by 10:00 a.m. to have it picked up by the courier for same day service on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Mail for the Twin Cities campus is mailed via USPS on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Standard USPS mail delivery timelines apply.
