Phi Mu Alpha is excited to announce our second Live & Loud performer, Jacinta Nguyen! If you haven’t heard, Live & Loud is every Thursday night in Toner 16 at 9pm. Every Thursday there will be a different musician every Thursday and the last Live & Loud every month will be an Open Mic.

Here is a little bit about Jacinta Nguyen!
Jacinta Nguyen is a senior biology major from Rochester, MN, and she grew up with music in her family. With a background of several years of piano lessons at a young age, she also played jazz piano throughout high school in the jazz band and was involved in choir all four years. She has always had fun jamming out with her friends and has a passion for music.
At St. Mary’s, Jacinta has been involved in the music variety shows Blue Angel, Fireside, and Gaslight as well as doing concert choir her freshman year and now her senior year. She has also been involved in the Tommy More Band, the praise and worship band on campus, leading music for Mass and has done several gigs leading praise and worship on retreats on and off campus.
Jacinta has also written praise and worship music with other students/staff for the “Behold Your Mother” and soon to be released “Behold Your Son” albums, both projects to donate the funds to those in need. She finds the most fulfillment in using her music for prayer.
