The Saint Mary’s Libraries will offer a webinar on AI and Academic Research for faculty, students, and staff later this month. The webinar will be offered twice, once on October 29, 2025 at 6 pm and again the following day on October 30, 2025 at 12 pm.
These sessions will provide an overview of generative AI and introduce several AI tools to assist with academic research. The following topics will be covered in this session:
- Saint Mary’s Academic Policy on using AI
- Ethical Use of AI
- AI and Critical Thinking Skills
- Using AI to Conduct Research
- Using AI in Your Presentations
