The Saint Mary’s Libraries will launch a new discovery service, OneSearch, on August 26, 2024. We are collaborating with EdTech to provide outreach and training over the next few months to provide faculty and program directors with the tools to identify and update permalinks in their Canvas courses. The training dates and times are below.

OneSearch makes it easier than ever to find, request, and get library resources such as journal articles, ebooks, and print books, because OneSearch is fully integrated with our library management system, including “My Account,” the library catalog, and the interlibrary loan request system.
OneSearch provides similar functionality to the Libraries’ current discovery service, SuperSearch, but OneSearch looks different from what many of our faculty and students are accustomed to.
OneSearch replaces SuperSearch, but SuperSearch will continue to be available until the end of 2024, allowing faculty and students plenty of time to make the transition.If you have questions or concerns about the migration to OneSearch, please contact us at lib@smumn.edu.
