We ask that Saint Mary’s faculty and staff complete the linked form no later than this Friday, February 20 if you would like to take the CliftonStrengths talent assessment for free, in preparation for an upcoming Winona-campus visit from Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and friend of the University, Mark Chronister. This opportunity is for faculty and staff only.

According to the Gallup website, the 30-minute online CliftonStrengths assessment will help you “discover what you naturally do best, learn how to develop your greatest talents into strengths, and use your personalized results and reports to maximize your potential.” You can learn more about the Gallup CliftonStrengths here.

To receive your free online assessment code, please fill out this form by this Friday, February 20. The number of free assessment codes are limited and will go to those who are first to fill out the form. Codes will be sent out early the week of February 23 and we kindly ask that you take the assessment before Mark Chronister’s Winona campus visit on Thursday, March 12. There is also an expectation that you attend a gathering with Mark where he will speak more about the assessment.

Chronister is a higher education and financial services leader, having engaged in several capacities with a number of higher education institutions in the Midwest, and served for 34 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, a global professional services network, with many of those years as Partner. He also currently serves on the Hendrickson Institute for Ethical Leadership’s Advisory Council. More details will be shared soon on Chronister’s visit, which will include classroom visits and a faculty/staff discussion and meeting opportunity.

The CliftonStrengths assessment and Chronister’s visit are co-sponsored by the Hendrickson Institute for Ethical Leadership, the Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching, Campus Ministry, the Kabara Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies, Career Services, and the Business and Communication Department.
