RAs are an integral part of our student residential experience. Living and working directly with the residents of a hall, the RA facilitates the growth of individuals, establishes a sense of community, and contributes to the effective management and operation of the residence hall. This leadership position provides the RA with a unique opportunity to further develop his or her own self-awareness and interpersonal communication skills that are vital for success in many areas of life. That is a long way of saying that we work hard and have fun while growing and developing as a team and as individuals. Besides joining an amazing team, another perk is that RA room fees are paid and they receive a monthly stipend.

Applicants must have a minimum of one completed college semester of live-in experience in a residence hall. Also, must be enrolled in at least 12, but no more than 18, hours of academic credit each semester and maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA and a 2.0 semester GPA.
