Looking for a way to earn while you learn and build your career at one of our top employers? Fastenal, headquartered right here in Winona, is accepting applications for its Co-op Internship Program in partnership with Saint Mary’s.
This paid, part-time opportunity is designed specifically for freshmen and sophomores to gain real-world experience while balancing school. This is your chance to learn the company from the ground up with 9-month rotations, beginning in the Distribution Center. The rotations following are based on your major and areas of interest such as Marketing, Accounting/Finance, HR, IT/Data Science, Supply Chain, and more. Along the way, you’ll build your skills, grow your network, and receive customized mentorship to help you explore career paths and prepare for your future.
