It’s SIS Demo Time!!!

Over the next 5 weeks, 3 vendors will be presenting their products and showcasing how they can help enhance our student experience. Ellucian, Jenzabar, and Anthology all have products that can boost our ability to share information, strengthen our relationships between faculty and students through better communication, and advance our mission.

We invite you to join us for 3 1-hour zoom sessions to learn more about each product. Each vendor will demonstrate their faculty and student portal to show some of the most frequently used functions including degree audit/planning, advising notes, schedule review, registration and more. The demo will take about 40 minutes with 20 minutes for Q and A at the end.

These sessions will also be recorded and made available to all students so if you can’t attend them live, you will still have an opportunity to review and share your feedback.  A brief google form will be provided for each demo as well as a short survey at the end to compare all 3 products. 

This work is connected to Strategic Initiative 6B and we thank the ERP Leads for their hard work so far. A few weeks ago, they spent one day with each vendor to help answer questions and clarify our current processes to help ensure quality demonstrations. We received their responses to our RFP last week and are currently reviewing each vendor’s response.

By mid-December we plan to have selected our top 2 vendors and then will work to clarify contracts to have a final vendor chosen and a implementation timeline by the end of January.
