The Information Systems Department is looking for feedback to improve our IT services and have partnered with Info-Tech Research Group to conduct a confidential End User Satisfaction/Application Survey for all faculty and staff. We plan to use the results to optimize and improve IT services, and create stronger relationships with our end users.
We know you get a lot of email so we wanted to give you a heads up. A survey link will be sent out tomorrow, 11/29/2022, and will come from Tianna Johnson, AVP of IT. The survey will be open until 12/9/2022 and should take less than 15 minutes to complete. Once you complete the survey, you will receive a thank you message from Info-Tech Research Group. If you didn’t complete the survey the first time you were in there, there will be a link in that message to complete the survey, otherwise you can disregard that email.
Results will be shared with the Data Governance and Technology Committee and a summary will be shared with all Staff and Faculty via the Saint Mary’s Today after the results have been reviewed.
