The Institutional Review Board is currently developing a new IRB application process with a cloud-based software called Cayuse IRB. With Cayuse IRB, we will be able to streamline the IRB application form for researchers and more efficiently handle the volume of submissions we receive.
Some benefits of Cayuse IRB include:
- Easy to use electronic forms with autofill features
- Real-time submission tracking
- IRB record management from initial submission through study closure
The IRB plans to go live with Cayuse IRB this Spring 2022.
We will soon announce training sessions for faculty and staff to introduce the software and answer any questions you might have.
