Nathan Herr has been hired as the interim director of music programming for the spring semester. We are grateful to Nate for stepping into this vital role for the semester while hiring for the role is completed for Fall 2024.
Nathan Herr is a two-time graduate of Saint Mary’s University, graduating with his B.A. in Music in 2022 and his M.A. in Teaching in 2023. During his time on the Winona campus, Nate was a member of many ensembles. He was the student conductor of the concert band for 2 years and was a member of the concert choir and multiple jazz and chamber ensembles. Nate was also the first Music Director of the revived Pep Band Club and is a devoted brother of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia. Being a passionate and engaged alumnus, Nate has seen the good foundation laid in the last semester and is excited to continue making sure that music remains a valued part of the Saint Mary’s experience.
