Spring break at the College is the week of March 1-8, 2026. The Vocation Team for the Midwest District (Brothers Larry, Juan Manuel, and Matthew Kotek) will be spending that week volunteering at De La Salle Blackfeet School in Browning, Montana. The current president of the school is Colleen Dunne, a former Director of Campus Ministry at SMU.
The school (grades 4-8) on the Blackfeet Reservation, adjacent to Glacier National Park, has been doing student immersion weeks for several years and is very experienced in dealing with immersion groups. They are hoping to also do adult immersion weeks, so this would be a bit of a “trial balloon.” If you are interested in learning more about this spring break adventure and/or joining us on it, please contact Bro.
