Hello to day 4 of Homecoming! We are almost at the end! Thank you to everybody who watched and participated in the Ice Cream Eating competition and de-stressed with the Peer Mentors last night with slime, snacks and more! Since there wont be an article tomorrow here is what is going on for our last two days of Homecoming!
Today, Friday December 1st:
- Residence Life and Housing is back with their Pie your Hall Director event! It will happen from 11:30 – 1:00pm in the Hall of Fame room! Donate your flex to pie any HD! Proceeds go to the Cardinal co-op which provide food and drinks for students on campus that are not able to go home during breaks! Come throw some pie and help your fellow students at the same time!
- The makerspace will have supplies from 5-6:30pm to make poster signs for the hockey team as they play tonight and tomorrow! Come by and show support!
- The Women’s hockey team take on #1 in the nation Gustavus tonight in the Ice Arena at 7pm. The Theme is Cardinal Pride. Wear any SMU gear! Come out and support our women’s and BE LOUD! Additionally every student that stops by at the Homecoming table will get a raffle ticket to win a FREE SMU STANLEY CUP! Cups will be given out at the end of the 1st and 2nd period!
Tomorrow, Saturday December 2nd:
- The Men’s Hockey team face Gustavus as well in the Ice Arena at 7pm. The theme is WHITE OUT. If you have the shirt given out on Tuesday, wear it to the game. If not wear as much white as possible! There will be free rally towels as well in the student section. COME BE LOUD AND SUPPORT.
