Holiday Week Reminder from the Payroll Office

Due to the shortened work week for the Thanksgiving holiday, the payroll office would like to remind you to ensure all timesheets and time off requests for staff for the pay period ending on 11/17/23 are submitted and fully approved no later than 10am on Monday, 11/20. If possible, please submit timesheets and time off requests by the end of the work day on Friday, 11/17.

Payroll requests processed through Chrome River must be submitted and fully approved by noon on Friday, 11/20, in order to be included on the 11/24 payroll.

For approvers of student payroll timesheets, note that the deadline for student timecard submission is 10am on Tuesday 11/21.  Please make plans to check your approval queue for any outstanding student timesheets and approve them by noon on Tuesday, 11/21.  Timesheets approved after this time will not be included on the 11/24 student payroll.
