As students prepare to head home for Thanksgiving break, this is a great time to encourage them to pause, recharge, and return ready to finish the semester strong.

Career Services and the Wellness Center are hosting a post-break session designed to help students recognize the signs of burnout and learn practical strategies for managing stress—especially as finals approach. The session also highlights the campus resources available to support students both academically and in their career development.

Please consider sharing this opportunity with your students before they leave for break and encouraging them to attend.
