Career Services has designed a three-step path to help students prepare strong résumés and practice their skills before the Career & Internship Fair. Faculty and staff play a vital role in encouraging student participation—please share these opportunities with your students:

📌 Step 1: Résumés 101 (Virtual)
Wednesday, Sept. 10 | 12–1 p.m.
Students will learn how to build or polish their résumé, understand each section, and pick up strategies for applicant tracking systems.
👉 Students RSVP to get Zoom link

📌 Step 2: Résumé Rev-Up Drop-In (Winona)
Tuesday, Sept. 16 | 1:30–4:30 p.m. | Library Commons, Fitzgerald Library
Students can work one-on-one with Career Services, the Writing Center, and Fitzgerald Library staff to strengthen their résumés. Snacks provided!
👉 Students let us know they’re coming

📌 Step 3: Cardinal Career Prep
Tuesday, Oct. 7 | 9 a.m.–2 p.m.
Students can meet with Employer Partners and alumni for résumé reviews and mock interviews to prepare for the Career & Internship Fair.
👉 Student registration opens Oct. 15

Thank you for helping students take advantage of these valuable opportunities—they’ll enter the Career Fair more confident and prepared with your encouragement!
