Megan Frosch is part of the 3+2 Accelerated Physician Assistant program with Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences. She hopes to specialize in women’s health when she begins her career. She minors in health humanities, which she believes is the perfect complement to her major.
Health humanities will help her focus on the wellbeing of patients as a whole. She has taken classes in philosophy, theology, and literature, allowing her to view patient care from diverse perspectives. “It’s put into perspective why I want to do what I want to do,” she said. “I’m going to be impacting people’s lives in a hopefully meaningful way.”
