November 8 is National First-Generation College Student Appreciation Day, and the First-Generation Initiative and Student Activities Committee (SAC) are co-sponsoring an event. During the common time (12:05 to 1:30 p.m.), we will have a resource table in the plaza* for the pre-ordered T-shirt pickup, and we will have stickers (one design for first-gens and another for first-gen supporters). There will also be more information on first-gen, and on the services and supports that the First Generation Initiative and Student Success Center offers to all students … and there will be cookies!
