The time is now for students to begin preparing for the upcoming 9th Annual Career & Internship Fair being held on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, from 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. in the Gymnasium and the Government & Nonprofit Career Fair being held at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus on Friday, October 28, 2022, from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Career Services will be offering the following workshops to help students prepare their toolkits for these events and beyond so that they can launch their careers with confidence. Please share & encourage your students to participate in these programs to get them career-ready. Students can sign up to attend any and all of the following events on Handshake:
- Networking with Impact – Wed. 9/14 at 5 p.m. – Toner 9
- High Impact Resumes – Wed. 9/21 at 5 p.m. – Toner 9
- Internship and Job Search Workshop – Tues. 9/27 at 5 p.m. – ZOOM
- Cardinal to Career: 4 Year Plan – Wed. 9/28 at 5 p.m. – Toner 9
- Resume Review with Employers – Tue. 10/4 from 12-1:30 p.m. Toner Lounge
- 6 local companies bringing 10 HR professionals to review & provide feedback to help you improve and strengthen your resume.
- Interviewing Strategies – Wed. 10/12 at 5 p.m. – Toner 9
