A huge thank you goes out to our students, faculty and staff that all showed support for our first Etiquette Experience. Ms. Juliet Mitchell ’04, took our students and staff through a night of unforgettable etiquette. The night started with a social where students learned the proper way to make connections and introductions with new acquaintances and concluded with a unique story about a knife rest and crumber. Along with proper etiquette instruction, students learned a formal dining place setting. A key piece of the night was how to turn away a dish that was served, attendees took a pledge to never say “ew” but rather say “that’s not for me”.  Without giving away too many details, as we hope to hold an event like this in the future, it’s safe to say that all attendees will think twice before biting into a bread roll.

Thank you Chartwells for supporting the event and providing an excellent three course meal for attendees.
