The IT Helpdesk will be conducting a cleanup of archived videos within our Panopto software, aiming to decrease storage and improve system efficiency. Any video that has been archived for over three years will be permanently deleted. It’s important to note that archived videos are not accessible to anyone, even those with direct links.
We will run this archived video deletion on Wednesday, April 2nd. If you wish to review your archived content before the cleanup, please visit your Panopto profile using this link and sign in with your standard credentials. This will allow you to see any videos you may have stored in the archive. Instructions on how to check your archived videos can be found on the TechFaq here.
