The start date for this position is flexible, typically starting in mid-May/June. This is a paid, part-time position where later on in the program you can earn internship credit. Students in this program will start in Fastenal’s distribution center for 9 months as you learn about our product lines, logistics, and how products flow throughout the facility to the stores. After 9 months, depending on your career interests, you may be exposed to a variety of rotations (2-3, typically) within Fastenal including; accounting, finance, economics, business, communications, computer data science, entrepreneurship, sales, marketing, supply chain, product development, and more! Throughout the corporate rotations, you will receive customized mentorship based on your future career interests. While being involved in various networking opportunities and career readiness workshops, you will be building a network of peers and mentors.
