Fastenal Co-op Program – Applications Due October 3
Please share this opportunity with your students! Fastenal, headquartered in Winona and one of our top employers, is accepting applications for its Co-op Internship Program in partnership with Saint Mary’s.
This paid, part-time program is designed specifically for freshmen and sophomores to gain hands-on experience while balancing school. Students rotate through departments such as Distribution Operations, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR, IT/Data Science, Sales, Supply Chain, and more based on their major and areas of interest. Each rotation includes professional mentorship, training, and career readiness workshops—preparing students for success after graduation.
