The Ed.D. in Leadership program recently hosted its annual summer 4-day residency from June 26-29, which proved to be a remarkable experience for both students and faculty alike.
Throughout these intensive days, attendees engaged in a series of seminars, workshops, and breakout sessions focused on enhancing their doctoral scholarship and research skills. Networking opportunities were provided and complemented by inspiring guest speakers, including esteemed alumni Dr. Dee Dee Peasley, President of St. Paul College, and Dr. Stephanie Lang, Senior Development Officer at CentraCare.
This residency served as a pivotal moment for our doctoral students, fostering a strong sense of community and enabling them to expand their student network across all three years of the program. We’re already looking forward to next year’s residency.
