Dear Undergraduate Faculty & Staff,
As we approach the final stretch of the spring semester, please be aware that the Early Alert Committee will hold its last meeting on Monday, April 14. Because the early alert system exists to catch student concerns before they escalate, the Early Alert committee encourages all faculty to submit any academic concerns for students prior to April 14th.
However, if you have concerns about a student’s well-being, particularly related to mental health, please continue to submit an early alert even after this date. All submissions will still be monitored after April 14th and appropriate support will be provided.
