Dr. Michelle Wieser is excited to announce that Dr. Paul Kotz has accepted a new role with Saint Mary’s as Program Director of the DBA program. He will start his new role after the Thanksgiving break. Kotz has been at Saint Mary’s since 2004, and has served in the Doctorate in Leadership program since 2013. During this time, he has served in many capacities, including teaching organizational development and effectiveness, ethics, statistics, policy and politics of higher education, and advising countless dissertations to guide and coach leaders in their professional endeavors. In addition to teaching and advising, Kotz has been an active member of many committees (both formal and fun!) and is an active scholar. Wieser said, “The opportunity for our community of DBA teachers and learners to grow under Paul’s leadership is exciting. He is the right person at the right time, and we couldn’t be happier to have him on the team!”
Kotz moves into his new role from the Ed.D. program. “My time in the Doctorate in Leadership program and the colleagues I have been graced to work with have given me many enduring memories and growth opportunities. Now, I look forward to working in the Doctorate in Business Administration program where we can position ourselves for future growth, and building an already strong reputation.”
Congratulations, Dr. Kotz!
