Dr. Mary Louise Wise is Retiring!

It is with mixed emotions that we share with you that Dr. Mary Louise Wise will be retiring from her position as Program Director of the Counseling and Psychological Services MA Program (PY) at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota on November 4, 2022. Our esteemed colleague, Dr. Wise, has provided 28 years of dedicated service to our program, the university, numerous students, colleagues, and staff. She has ushered the PY program through many transitions, evolutions, and even a global pandemic in her tenure while ensuring that the compassionate mentorship of students remained our continual focus. While we face the losses of this transition with some sadness, we also celebrate with Mary Louise this milestone in her career and feel gratitude for her many contributions to the program, university, and the field of counseling psychology.
