Community Health Improvement Plan Survey

Winona County Health and Human Services was on campus last Thursday to promote their Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) survey. The survey is collecting data on how the Winona community can improve health topics including mental health, social connectedness, healthy behaviors, and health equity.
