As stated in a letter at the beginning of this semester, the allergen-friendly station changed to “Homestyle,” serving different menu styles.
To clarify, the menus served now are still free of the 9 major allergens as they were before. The same protocols are still being followed.
In order to continue with the allergen-friendly station name, we would have had to make very extensive (and expensive!) changes.
To align more with the menuing at this station, it will now be rebranded as “Pure Eats.”
