The Office of Campus Safety would like to give the Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota Winona Campus community a reminder that the City of Winona Alternate Side Parking begins this week!
Alternate side parking is effective from November 15 to March 15 for the City of Winona. Vehicles parked on all city of Winona streets between midnight (12:01 am) and 6:30 am must be on the even-numbered side of the street when the date is even and on the odd-numbered side of the street when the date is odd. This is based on street addresses; generally the north or east side of a street is even-numbered and the south or west side of a street is odd-numbered.
