The Saint Mary’s University business policies serve as a guide for all employees. They covers payments and expenses related to university business, including, but not limited to procurement of supplies and services, equipment, travel, entertainment, and other types of costs of business-related activities to the university.

The university business policies document is reviewed and approved on an annual basis. Please take a moment to review the 2021 version of the policies on the Business Office webpage. For a brief overview of changes, please view this presentation containing key revisions and points of emphasis.
