Benefit open enrollment closes on Friday, November 19th
A summary of 2022 benefit changes:
- GVN is getting replaced by HVN
- Deductibles, out of pocket maximums, and copays remain the same
- New medical ID card for January 1st
- Some in-network providers are now out-of-network under HVN (see table below – this is not an exhaustive list)
- We strongly encourage employees to verify their providers/facilities are in-network prior to making an appointment in 2022 by visiting Find a Provider.
- If you wish to continue your FSA election next year or make an election change for 2022 – you will be required to re-enroll in all of your benefits.

- To enroll in a new benefit, re-enroll in your FSA accounts, or make a change to your benefit elections you will be required to re-enroll in all of your benefits. Login to the faculty/staff portal > My Payroll in the drop down menu > Benefits tab > blue Begin Enrollment button.
