We are planning for your commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 7, 2022.  We are writing today to provide you some new information that should assist you and your families as you plan for that day.

We are very pleased to announce that we will have one commencement ceremony for all graduating seniors unlike last year when we held three commencement ceremonies by school. However, you are limited to four guests at commencement.  If you do not plan to use your four tickets, you may give your unused tickets to another student. Your commencement ceremony will be held as follows:

May 7, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the Gymnasium

Baccalaureate Mass will be held in Saint Thomas More Chapel on Saturday, May 7, at 8:30 a.m.  You and your family are cordially invited to attend Mass.  It will also be live streamed.

We will be sending out shortly a Google form that you may complete to reserve four  tickets for your commencement ceremony.  Please understand that only those guests with tickets are permitted at the ceremony in the Gymnasium.  Other guests on campus on May 7 may watch the ceremony via livestream in the Page Theatre.  Since the ceremony will be livestreamed, those unable to attend in person may also view it.

We are assessing whether masking will be required at the ceremony.  An announcement about that will be made later.

We will be working with your senior class officers on a possible senior dinner and lunch with faculty and staff. More information on those possible events will be forthcoming.

As always, we are monitoring COVID-19.  We are praying that we will not see surges in COVID-19 before commencement that will require us to adjust these plans so we ask you to continue to be the great community members you have been and be cautious about COVId-19. We are looking forward to celebrating this day with you and your family members.
