As a reminder, the events on commencement day are as follows:
- Baccalaureate Mass at 8:30 | Saint Thomas More Chapel (tickets not required; will be livestreamed)
- Commencement Convocation at 11:00 am | Toner Center Gymnasium (tickets required for Gymnasium seating; will be livestreamed)
- Reception following Convocation | Plaza
Tickets: Graduates may reserve up to four tickets here for the commencement ceremony for seating in the gymnasium. Please understand that only those guests with tickets are permitted at the ceremony in the Gymnasium. Additional guests may attend and watch the ceremony via livestream in the Page Theatre or the Gym Lobby. Tickets are not required for the alternative venues. Since the ceremony will be livestreamed, those unable to attend on campus may view it from other locations as well. Priority seating for guests with disabilities is available. While space is limited, we can accommodate one additional person to be seated with a guest in this section. Tickets in this section are included in the four ticket allotment. Caps and Gowns: Distribution of caps and gowns will begin later this week via campus mail. You will receive an email notification that you have a package to pick up in a parcel locker which can be accessed at a time convenient for you.
Name Pronunciation: In an effort to assist the administration with announcing names correctly at commencement, we will be using flipgrid technology. Please access the appropriate link below and recite your full name (first, middle, & last) by April 29th so we have the correct pronunciation. The instructions are clear and it will take less than a minute of your time.

Commencement Rehearsal: Seniors will rehearse for commencement on Friday, May 6, at 10:00 in the Gymnasium. You will receive more information by May 2nd from the registrar’s office regarding rehearsal.
We are continuing to assess whether masking will be required at the ceremony and are praying that we will not see surges in COVID-19 that will require us to adjust these plans.
