Applications are now open for The Hormel Institute, University of Minnesota’s Post Baccalaureate Accelerated Career Experience (PACE).

PACE is designed to offer paid research and professional development experiences after students complete their undergraduate degree, ultimately preparing them for a research focused biomedical doctoral program degree upon completion of their experience.

Program Overview:

  • 1 year (with the potential for a second year)

  • 40 hours a week, Full time position with benefits

  • Start August 2026

This opportunity is available to seniors and recent graduates who may be interested in a career in biomedical research.
