The Office of Campus Safety would like to issue a reminder that the alternate side parking regulations for the city of Winona will take effect on November 15, 2024. These rules will remain in place until March 15, 2025.
Parking Schedule:
- Even-numbered houses: Park on the side of the street with even-numbered houses on even calendar dates.
- Odd-numbered houses: Park on the side with odd-numbered houses on odd calendar dates.
Hours of Enforcement: 12:01 AM to 6:30 AM.
This policy helps ensure effective snow plowing and curbside snow removal, as well as maintaining clear storm drains in the fall and spring.
