The Student Activities Committee (SAC) hosted their 5th Annual Cardinal Fest this past Saturday, November 13. With bouncy houses, carnival games, and cotton candy, SAC saw over 400 students, staff, faculty, and community members come through the event. Through donations given for tshirts and “Pie Your RA”, SAC raised over $330 for the Taylor Richmond Benefit Dance. SAC was also able to donate over 50 items to the SMUMN Food Shelf!
SAC would like to thank the men’s soccer team, the baseball team, the volleyball team, women’s hockey team, campus minitry, residence life, and Phi Mu Alpha for their assistance in making Cardinal Fest a success!
Cardinal Fest longsleeve tshirts are still available for a $2 donation or 2 canned food items. SAC will be tabling in the Toner Student Center during the following times for you to get one. All proceeds go to the Taylor Richmond Benefit Dance or the SMUMN Food Shelf.
