The 2026 Psy.D. Dissertation Colloquium brings together our academic community for a full day of original doctoral research in counseling psychology. Presentations span a wide range of clinical and multicultural topics from diagnostic decision‑making and clinician bias to supervision practices, harm‑reduction perspectives, family systems, and emerging areas such as psychedelic‑assisted therapy and AI‑supported documentation.
Across the day, attendees will hear from twelve graduating candidates as they share the studies that shaped their doctoral training. Each session includes time for discussion, offering space for faculty, supervisors, students, and guests to engage with the research and its implications for clinical practice.
The colloquium is hosted live via Zoom with a single room link used throughout the event. Breaks are built into the schedule to support pacing and accessibility.
There is no cost to attendees.
