Housing applications for residential and commuter students for the 2025-2026 academic year are now open. Login to eRezLife to complete your application.
The housing lottery and selection will begin on April 8, 2025 with the students of senior class status.
The priority deadline for the housing application and deposit is March 20, 2025. Any student who does not complete the application and deposit by this date will be lower in the lottery than those who meet this deadline. All roommates in the roommate must have the application and deposit completed by this deadline to receive priority placement in the lottery.

Students who not meet the initial deadline of April 1, 2025 may not be eligible for the housing lottery. If you are not placed in a time slot or if you miss housing selection, email reslife@smumn.edu.
