Housing selection for the 2022-2023 academic year will begin on April 11 with students of senior class status. Students will need to login to eRezLife during their assigned time slot to choose housing.
Time slots for housing selection can be seen in your eRezLife profile and students will be able to see available housing options one week prior to their assigned housing selection time slot. For example, a student with an assigned selection time of 7:00 p.m. on April 11 will be able to see housing options in eRezLife on April 4 at 7:00 p.m.
Students will only be able to see housing options that match the number of people in their roommate group. Students who have four people in their roommate group will only see housing options that include four beds (i.e., Gilmore Creek, Residencia Santiago Miller, etc …).
The student with the highest class status will choose housing for the entire roommate group as long as all parties have accepted the invitation to the group. If a student does not have a green checkmark next to their name they have not accepted the invitation to the roommate group and therefore will not be housed with the group.
Only students who have completed their housing application and paid the $250 housing deposit will be allowed to choose housing. Deposits can be paid on your student portal or by contacting Cardinal Central.
Students with senior or junior class status will select housing on April 11. Students with sophomore or freshmen (non-first year) class status will select housing on April 12. Students who do not select their housing during their time slot may select housing on April 13.
Students who plan to live off campus, but wish to have a meal plan will need to complete a commuter student application in eRezLife. Students will select meal plans in eRezLife for next year.
