Students are invited to learn more about B365 Biodiversity of Belize, a Spring 2027 faculty-led study abroad course with Dr. Jennifer Biederman and Dr. Ben Pauli.
This short-term 3 credit course takes learning beyond the classroom and into the diverse environments of Belize. Through field-based experiences, students will explore tropical and marine ecology, encounter an extraordinary variety of plant and animal life, and consider conservation challenges affecting these environments.
The course includes travel to Belize and opportunities to learn directly in the environments being studied, making it an excellent option for students interested in experiencing a very different kind of classroom.
