Access Services is Launching AIM for Students
Access Services uses Accessible Information Management (AIM), an online accommodation management system that allows students to request their accommodations through an online AIM Student Portal.
Before July 21st, we would like our currently registered students to:
Step 1: Log into your AIM Student Portal.
Step 2: Complete all required agreements and forms applicable to the accommodations you receive. This includes items such as the:
- Access Services Consent Form
- Access Services Rights & Responsibilities Form
- Lecture Recording Agreement
- Testing Agreement
- Flexibility Accommodations Agreement
- Parking Request Form
Step 3: On the AIM Dashboard on the left menu under “My Accommodations”, select “My Eligibility” to see the complete list of currently approved accommodations. Please check your accommodations to make sure they are correct with your most recent Notice of Accommodation letter from Spring 2026 or earlier. Please reach out to Access Services if you need a copy of a previous NOA, or if your accommodations are incorrect.
For more information about the AIM Student Portal, please view the AIM Training for Students Page on the Access Services Website.
Please contact Access Services with any questions.
