ASTRA Room Scheduling Transition

On May 27th, we will begin our transition from the old ASTRA system to the new AD ASTRA for room and event scheduling. You may enter requests in the current system until Tuesday, May 26th. The transition will take place from May 27th to June 5th. We will send an update on the transition on June 2nd. For scheduling from May 27th to June 5th, please email eventservices@smumn.edu, and your reservation will be scheduled and confirmed.

Minneapolis: You will receive instructions on how to make requests in the first week of June. For scheduling a reservation during the first week of June, please email eventservices@smumn.edu, and it will be routed to the proper person for scheduling for you for that week.

Winona: In the summer, all reservation requests should be sent to eventservices@smumn.edu due to the summer season schedule. A training on the new system will be scheduled in August before the fall semester kicks off.

Rochester: All Rochester Campus requests should be sent to Rochester@smumn.edu

This transition will be short, but being able to upgrade to a new system will make things much easier for your scheduling needs in the future.
